These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principles. Each party to these Terms of Use submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Fairfax County Virginia or the federal courts having jurisdiction over Fairfax County, Virginia, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or forum non conveniens objections to such courts with respect to any claim, dispute, action, or proceeding arising or relating to your use of the Website or these terms of USE.
