FH+H Defends Small 8(a) Business Development Program

The FH+H team, including attorneys Emily Spence and Grace Williams, successfully defended a small 8(a) Business Development program participant from claims brought by a former owner.

The former owner claimed a continuing ownership interest in the company, which could have jeopardized the company’s continued participation in the 8(a) Business Development program. As a result of FH+H’s efforts, the small business concern was able to successfully maintain its eligibility and ongoing participation in the 8(a) Business Development program.

FH+H's Government Contracts team assists and represents organizations in all matters involving set-aside programs and size standard issues.
