Navy Employee Receives Five-Figure Retaliation Settlement

FH+H attorneys Kevin Byrnes and Sam Adelmann negotiated a favorable settlement for an employee of the Navy after our client was retaliated against by her employer.

The client was in a car accident and took medical leave from work. Upon her return, she experienced retaliation from her boss in the form of receiving fewer assignments. 

Our attorneys successfully argued that the employer violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act. The client received a five-figure monetary award and a detail to another agency.
