Kelly E. DuBois is a Senior Associate at FH+H, focusing his practice on civil litigation. Mr. DuBois has experience in litigating cases in state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, and in administrative and agency settings in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia involving fraud, embezzlement, employment, real estate, regulatory violations, and other matters. Mr. DuBois has also defended federal employees in administrative employment matters and represented and advised corporate clients in corporate formation, insurance, employment, contract, licensing and real estate matters.

Mr. DuBois grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and resides with his family in Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and his Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy. Before attending law school, Mr. DuBois interned with an international human rights group, first in the Washington, D.C. area and then in the Philippines, where the group worked on behalf of human trafficking victims securing their rescue, recovery, and reintegration, while assisting in the prosecution of their abusers.
