Jessie Rabinowitz is a Senior Associate at FH+H specializing in civil litigation and regulatory compliance.  Her litigation practice focuses on complex business litigation and high-stakes matters in federal and state court, as well as in arbitration.  

Ms. Rabinowitz represents and counsels clients on all aspects of litigation, from pre-litigation avoidance and disputes through trial.  She has litigated and defended claims for both individuals and companies ranging from breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets, defamation, banking laws, government enforcement proceedings and consumer class actions. Her practice also includes advising clients on numerous regulatory and compliance matters, such as employment law, banking, fintech, and sanctions regulations.
