FH+H GovCon Client Wins Six-Digit Payment in a Subcontracting Settlement

FH+H attorneys Dave Jonas and Sam Adelmann successfully fought for a client who was owed a six-digit sum for work that it performed under a subcontract.

Upon the client’s completion of the work, the prime contractor, in a somewhat novel legal theory, refused payment to the client, claiming that since the client was competing with the prime contractor for a separate government contract, the client was the reason the contractor lost the contract. Our attorneys successfully handled the case in favor of our client, winning a six-digit settlement that was immediately paid to the client.

FH+H has a robust Government Contracts practice group that is able to guide contractors through the maze of applicable rules and regulations to enable corporate success.
