FH+H Attorneys Help GovCon Client with Certification as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business

FH+H attorneys Marlena Ewald and Tom Craig worked with a government contractor client to expand its contracting capability by helping the client successfully certify as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE).

The federal government's goal is to award at least three percent of all federal contracting dollars to SDVOSBs each year. Our attorneys helped our client navigate the particular requirements and regulations of an SDVOSB application and submit the application to the CVE so that the client may compete for these set-aside contracts.

Our Side Standards & Set-asides team helps clients evaluate their business to best prepare clients to pursue government contracts as 8(a), woman-owned, HUBZone, and SDVOSB. We assist clients with applications, responding to Letters of Denial or submitting reconsideration requests, responding to government audits, and more.
