FH+H Successfully Challenges Agency Award to Incumbent on Behalf of Small Business Client

FH+H's Government Contracts team, including Partner Tom Craig and Associate Emily Spence, successfully prosecuted a bid protest for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that resulted in the agency taking voluntary corrective action.

The bid protest challenged the agency's evaluation of proposals as inconsistent with the terms of the solicitation and argued the agency's award to the incumbent was improper. In response to the persuasive arguments raised in the protest, the agency agreed to re-evaluate offers and make an award consistent with the terms of the solicitation – putting FH+H's client in line for an award.

FH+H has a robust Government Contracts practice group that is able to guide contractors through the maze of applicable rules and regulations to enable corporate success.
