Successful Bid Protest Results in Agency Taking Corrective Action

FH+H attorneys Jack White and Emily Spence successfully prosecuted a bid protest at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) for a client that resulted in a Department of Defense agency taking corrective action.

The agency agreed to reevaluate proposals in light of the grounds alleged in the protest and make a new award. The opportunity to get a fair evaluation of its proposal on this competitive contract put our client in line for award.

FH+H’s Government Contracts team has extensive experience assisting federal contractors in evaluating and pursuing bid protests before a variety of forums.
